Thank you for coming to livingwell’s website.
What can you find and expect…
livingwell is a coaching service and a lifestyle project offering nervous system and trauma informed life coaching services grounded in holistic approaches.
livingwell addresses the idea of ‘living well’ exploring and informing our general wellbeing, mental and physical health and overall experience of human life. The project and its services incorporate elements of our relationship with our body, nourishment approaches for better wellbeing and health, our relationship with nature and environment, and our relationship with creativity and imagination for self-expression, and ultimately, for our self-actualisation.
livingwell showcases and provides specialist services educating and teaching my clients how these elements feed into each other and how they are interdependent, so all together contributing to the overall state of living well.
Affected, dysregulated nervous system and unresolved, stored trauma in our bodies actively impact the quality of our wellbeing, physical health, our overall functioning, our state of mind, our mental outlooks, levels of and relationship to our creativity and general satisfaction with being alive.
Becoming aware of our nervous system and learning how it operates and governs everything in the human body can be an impactful and forever life-changing experience. In fact, it may offer clues about and answers for what was out of reach for years.
livingwell’s coaching services work closely with teachings about the nervous system and how it gets affected by difficult, distressing, troubling and traumatic experiences we encounter in our lives. This approach offers better and deeper understanding of some intricacies faced during coaching and also safe, supportive and lasting shifts around beliefs, perceptions of present life circumstances and future life goals coaching practice works with.
